The Knight's had a fun evening, at the 2025 Greater Lafayette City/County XC Meet held at the Tippecanoe Amphitheatre hosted by Tecumseh. Weather is always the big X factor and today brought XC racing in the rain and mud. In the boys race, Patrick Seeley led the Knights with an explosive race in the mud, finishing 4th overall in a race field of 100, setting a new PR of 10:51. Always a challenge to run a PR in these conditions, but #3 Knight Micah Worster persevered, setting a new PR of 13:33. The Knights collective efforts landed them a team score of 6th of 13 teams: 217 (4, 41, 53, 56, 63). In the girls race, Maria Penn and Katie Brown took on a muddy amphitheater, finishing together in 14:40. Julia Duso, Gianna Starr, and Naomi Vogel ran well in the mud as well, rounding out the finishes for the Knights. Fun times, awesome stuff!
