It was Senior Night at Central Catholic on Thursday evening as the Knights hosted Faith Christian. The Knights got on the board first in the bottom half of the first inning on a 2 RBI single by Senior Ellie Walter. Ellie finished the day 2-3 with 4 RBI. All of the Knights seniors contributed to the win as Auna Silver added 2 hits, Lauren Johnson and Aubrey Bapst had one hit each and Julia Mazur added a walk, 2 stolen bases and a run scored. Kendyl McCammon was strong on the mound tonight in the complete game, striking out a season high 10 batters. The Lady Knights are back in action for the sectional next Thursday against the winner of Faith Christian and Fountain Central at Riverton Parke.
